• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The property is not obligated to honor special requests or modifications.
• Early check-ins and/or late check-outs can only be granted upon request and availability.
• Reservations are non-transferable.
• All special deals, discounts, promotion codes or other promotional offers featured on www.ilaydaavantgarde.com apply only to reservations made through the website.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the hotel has confirmed your reservation. Please inform the hotel in case you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail after your reservation.
• The property reserves the right to cancel reservations that cannot be guaranteed via credit card at the time of booking.

The following policies are applicable to all reservations processed through ilaydaavantgarde.com:

• Regular reservations can be cancelled or modified 24h before the check-in date.
• Reservations which are not cancelled or modified 24h before the check-in date, will be charged for the first night of the total reservation amount, including any special requests or extras ordered.
• Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. The total price of the reservation will be charged anytime after booking.
